DeLoss Construction, Inc. has been servicing Spencer and the surrounding areas since 1963 as a commercial and residential concrete contractor. Our paving operation has expanded to municipal and DOT paving. We have further expanded our services at DCI to include excavation, demolition, and custom concrete crushing.
